- What is ClarityFinder?
- ClarityFinder is a self-guided career assessment that looks at your past, present, future, and how you see yourself, then names the underlying theme that drives you — plus the careers and next steps that fit it.
- How long does the assessment take?
- Plan for 15 minutes or more. There is no timer. The more you pour in, the more you get out, so take your time with each question.
- Is there a free version?
- Yes. Everyone gets a free report with their top theme, its strengths, and its watch-outs, emailed to the address you enter.
- What does the full report include, and what does it cost?
- The full report is a one-time payment of $24.99 with no subscription and no renewals. It adds your next two themes, how to leverage your theme at work, your top career paths each linked to a pre-filtered job board, curated trainings and resources, AI Coach Olivia chat, a shareable results page, and PDF export.
- Do you offer a discount?
- If you arrive from a partner app in the same release bundle (for example AppTrackIn or Career Path Center), you'll see a one-time discounted price of $22.99 applied automatically at checkout.
- Can I see a sample before paying?

- How do I get back to my results later?
- Keep the email we send you and download the PDF copy of your report.
- How long do you keep my data?
- Only as long as needed to deliver and support your report. Download the PDF copy of your report so you always have it, no account required.
- Is my assessment private?
- Your answers are used to generate your report. We don't sell your data and we don't use advertising trackers. Usage analytics are first-party only and are recorded only if you accept them in the cookie notice.
- How does the scoring actually work?
- Every question is anchored to one or more of the ten themes, each answer format carries a fixed weight so no question type dominates, and each theme's score is divided by the maximum it could have earned before being compared to your strongest theme. Themes that finish within four points of your top theme are reported as a close call.
- How accurate is it?
- Your report carries a confidence label based on the spread between your themes and how fully you answered. ClarityFinder is a structured self-reflection tool, not a validated psychometric instrument: it has not been through independent validation studies, is not normed against a population sample, and must not be used for hiring or clinical purposes.

- No. ClarityFinder is a reflection tool. Your results are informational and are not professional career, financial, medical, psychological, or legal advice.
- How do I get support?
